Amounts not paid within 30 days after the date of invoice will be considered past due. The provider shall pay a late charge on any undisputed charges which are not paid within the thirty (30) day period. The rate of the late charge shall be the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law. The provider shall pay the Company the reasonable amount of the Company's expenses related to collection of overdue bills, such amounts to include reasonable attorney fees.
